Nikko Sushi began as a heartfelt idea from Jojo and Andy for their daughter.
Parent’s Love
As they watched her and her friends in Chicago, they saw how often young people were scraping together and saving money just to enjoy good food and a nice night out. Jojo wanted to create a place where her daughter and her friends could enjoy quality Japanese food, a beautiful atmosphere, and a memorable dining experience without feeling out of reach.
The Mission
That idea became Nikko Sushi Izakaya, a restaurant built around fresh sushi, shareable dishes, and a welcoming space where friends and family can come together. Located on Division Street near Wicker Park, Nikko was made to bring premium all you can eat sushi and modern izakaya dining to Chicago in a way that feels special, fun, and accessible.
